Order processing
Orders are typically processed and handed over to our fulfillment partner within 1-3 business days.

USA & Canada
Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing. Free shipping on orders over $60; below that, a flat rate of $7 applies. Most U.S. orders ship from within the United States, so no customs duties or import fees apply to U.S. deliveries.

Switzerland
Free shipping on orders over CHF 149; a flat rate of CHF 11 applies to smaller orders.

Europe & rest of the world
Delivery: 10-21 business days. Free shipping on orders over CHF 99 (or local equivalent) in most of Europe; a flat rate of CHF 16 applies below the threshold.

Every order includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
